Once you have completed the recruitment process, you are invited to attend mandatory training courses as part of your induction. Training courses are accredited and offered by BEQ qualified trainers. Staff are issued with uniforms and identification badges and a copy of BEQ terms and conditions. During this time, we encourage that staff make their availabilities known so that they can be allocated for shifts.
